The Annual Meeting of our Membership is open to members and their families, and community members who are interested in getting involved.

5:00 - Meeting begins

6:00 - Short reading of a scene from this year's Valley Players Playwright Award Winner

6:15 - BBQ & Picnic - The Valley Players will be providing beverages, hamburgers & hot dogs with all the fixin's. Feel free to bring your own drinks (adult beverages are OK!), food or a dish to share with all!
